We at TDV DENTAL respect your privacy and are attentive to the protection of Personal Data collected on our website, following all the provisions of the GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (LGPD) – Law no. 13.709/2018 and the provisions contained in SEPTODONT´S GLOBAL PRIVACY POLICY.

This Privacy Standard applies to the Personal Data Processing operations carried out by TDV DENTAL including the following hypotheses: (i) Personal Data Processing operations carried out in the national territory; (ii) Personal Data Processing activities intended to offer or provide goods or services or to process data of individuals located in the national territory and (iii) the collection of Personal Data in the national territory. By using any of our websites and mobile applications (collectively, “Platform”) or by providing us with Personal Data, you agree to this Privacy Policy. 

If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, please do not access our Platform.

    2. To better understand this Standard, the following are considered:

    1. LGPD: means the General Data Protection Regulation (Law no. 13.709 of August 14, 2018).
    2. DATA SUBJECTS/USERS: individuals to whom the personal data subject to processing refers when accessing the website https://tdv.com.br/
    3. PROCESSING AGENTS: The parent company (TDV DENTAL LTDA., CNPJ under no. 81.591.786/0001-60) and Operators (Employees and Service Providers of TDV DENTAL).
    4. PERSONAL DATA: means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual who accesses the website https://tdv.com.br/
    5. SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA: means Personal Data on matters such as racial or ethnic origin, religious conviction, political opinion, union membership or organization of a religious, philosophical or political nature, data regarding health or sexual life, genetic or biometric data, as stipulated by the LGPD.
    6. ANPD: National Data Protection Authority created by Law no. 13.709 of August 14, 2018 and structured by Decree no. 10.474, of August 26, 2020.

    8. PURPOSE: Your PERSONAL DATA will be used for the main purpose of improving your experience of accessing the website https://tdv.com.br/  offering information about TDV DENTAL and its products. TDV DENTAL does not monetize your PERSONAL DATA or use it for other purposes.

    3. Contact Data: (a) telephone number and (b) e-mail address;
    4. Cookie Data: Cookies and other similar technologies are used to understand how the user uses the website https://tdv.com.br/ and customize their experience being possible to enable according to pop-up item of access and in the settings of the website.
    5. Consent: free, informed and unequivocal manifestation by which the data subject/user agrees to the processing of their personal data for a determined purpose.

    Sensitive personal data is not intentionally collected or requested when the User browses or uses the website https://tdv.com.br/ If we verify at any time that sensitive Personal Data was received from an individual in the fields free of a “message”, we will immediately dispose or anonymize the data.

    The website https://tdv.com.br/ does not intend to collect or intentionally request any information from minors under the age of 18 (eighteen) or that allows minors under the age of 18 (eighteen) to disclose their Personal Data to us through the website https://tdv.com.br/. If we verify at any time that we have received the Personal Data of an individual under the age of 18 (eighteen) we will immediately dispose or anonymize the data, or if it is necessary to maintain this data, we will request the consent of the legal guardian during the process, in accordance with the LGPD.

    6. For other purposes for which we provide a specific alert upon collection (CONSENT), or otherwise as authorized or required by law.

  4. TDV DENTAL ENSURES RIGHTS TO THE USER

    5. The user(s) of our websites and service have the following rights, conferred by the Personal Data Protection Regulation and guaranteed by TDV DENTAL.

    1. Right of confirmation: confirmation whether or not your personal data are subject to processing by the Processing Agents.
    2. Right of access: the right to access your personal data.
    3. Right of rectification: right to request the correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
    4. Limitation and Opposition: the user’s right to limit or oppose the processing of their personal data, which may require the deletion of unnecessary, excessive or processed data in disagreement with the LGPD.
    5. Right of portability: right of the user to carry out the portability of the data to another service or product provider, upon express request, and in accordance with the regulations of the national authority, subject to commercial and industrial secrets.
    6. Right to respect for privacy, intimacy, honor and privacy: personal information must be processed transparently and with respect to privacy, private life, honor and image of people, as well as individual freedoms and guarantees.
    7. Right of transparency: right to information of public and private entities with which the data controller made shared use of data.

  5. CONSENT

    6. Whenever TDV DENTAL processes based on the consent of the data subject/user, before it is carried out by checking the specific field, an alert will be made available with the access link to this Privacy Policy containing all the information about the possibility of not providing consent and about the consequences of the refusal.

    In the event that TDV DENTAL intends to Process your Personal Data for a purpose other than that informed, before such additional Processing we will formally request your express and formal consent for this new processing, TDV DENTAL will not process your personal data in a manner other than your consent.

  6. RETENTION PERIOD

    7. TDV DENTAL will retain your Personal Data for a period of 365 (three hundred and sixty days) as of the collection, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by Data Privacy Laws for legal, audit or compliance purposes.

    In addition, if you request the deletion of your Personal Data from our databases, we will continue to retain your informed Data for legal purposes only, and if there is no legal provision for retention, your data will be discarded within 30 (thirty) business days after your request.

  7. SECURITY MEASURES

TDV DENTAL uses standard physical, technical and administrative measures designed to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of your Personal Data, i.e., it guarantees that your personal data will not be disclosed or accessed by unauthorized third parties.

    The website has SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate that makes the website https://tdv.com.br/ secure to browse, process and send information with total security.

    We also use a security plugin on the website (Wordfence) that provides protection tools, such as: Web Application FireWall (WAF), in which it identifies malicious traffic and blocks attacks before the request arrives on the website, blocks Brute Force attacks and scans and verifies themes/plug-ins.

    Unfortunately, no system or network can be 100% secure.

    10. TDV DENTAL prioritizes the minimum sharing of personal data with third parties, which is why we prioritize the internal processing by our employees of their Personal Data, however, TDV DENTAL may share your data with:

    1. Third-party service providers: If it is necessary for third party service providers to process your data, we require them to use your data in accordance with our instructions and terms.
    2. Regulatory bodies, judicial or administrative authorities: only when personal data is requested, we may share this with public authorities or private entities to combat fraud and abuse in the use of the Services, to investigate suspected violations of law, or to combat any other suspicion of non-compliance with our policies and contracts.
